We are now looking for a dental nurse for a growing and aesthetically specialized dental clinic where quality, collaboration, and structure are at the center. The role is a replacement recruitment and involves regular dental nursing tasks in a friendly and unpretentious work environment.

The purpose of the position is to work with regular dental nursing tasks. The role involves close collaboration with dentists in daily work.

A typical workday consists of:

• Opening the clinic and treatment room

• Preparing for treatments

• Assisting the dentist

• Performing sterilization work

• Closing the clinic/room

• Contacting patients

• Performing some administration in Trello in addition to the journal system

Working hours are 40 hours per week, with one day a week until 7 PM. There is an opportunity to influence working hours in consultation with the dentist and employer.

We are looking for someone who is self-sufficient, service-oriented, and long-term, with good collaboration skills and a sense of teamwork. You thrive in a smaller clinic where everyone helps each other and takes responsibility for the whole.

Requirements

✅ Dental nursing education ✅ At least 2 years of professional experience as a dental nurse ✅ Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written ✅ Self-sufficient in work ✅ Good collaboration skills and professional patient interaction ✅ Long-term commitment to employment

➕ Experience with digital scanning ➕ Familiarity with treatments such as tartar removal, polishing, analog impressions, anesthesia, and temporaries ➕ Experience in prosthetics, surgery, and/or aligners ➕ Previous work in the journal system Muntra

The clinic has 2 dental rooms and 1 room for aesthetic injections and works with, among other things:

• Muntra (journal system)

• Trello (internal system)

• Slack (communication)

• Digital scanner (Itero and 3Shape)

• OPG, digital x-ray, 3D printer

The patient clientele consists of adult patients. The operation is characterized by good collaboration, high work ethic, and ongoing efforts to develop structures in line with growth.
